 A heavily soiled carpet usually takes 6 to 8 hours to dry. Less soiled and more frequently cleaned carpets usually takes 4 to 6 hours to dry. We provide you with free plastic shoe covers so you can walk on your carpets immediately following cleaning.

During service we recommend that you keep your pets somewhere they will be comfortable and safe from running out the front door. Our truck mount methods require that the vacuum and solution hose come through a doorway that will be slightly open during service — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

We have treatments specifically formulated to treat stains and odors caused by cats and dogs. We cannot guarantee complete removal of these stains and odors due to certain carpet types and/or your pets diet. Also, some medications can cause permanent staining.

No... Our van and equipment must be able to park close enough to run cleaning hoses to the areas to be serviced. Please reserve a parking space for us if needed.

We do not need electricity. We do need water so we will need to hook up to your garden hose spigot. We can also connect to irrigation "RainBird" or in rare cases, a bathroom sink with adaptable faucet.
